Our ApproachGetting to Know the Client's NeedsOne of the most important factors involved in any new hire is to ensure that the individual meets the needs of both the management and the peers that they will be interacting. Ideally, The Park Group will have the opportunity to meet with these individuals in person, if not a telephone conference will be arranged. These individuals are asked what they are looking for in a candidate and how they will interact with this individual in the future. This information, along with the information acquired from the hiring manager, assists The Park Group in gaining the necessary knowledge needed to target the proper candidate for the position. Geographic Networking StrategiesGeographically, The Park Group will initially target the local marketplace in relation to our client's position location. We will strive to surface viable candidates within the area. If we feel that the quality of local candidates does not meet the job specifications, we will discuss the parameters of our search with our client to determine possible options such as their willingness to consider relocation of a candidate. We will expand the search area accordingly. The Park Group does perform national searches. Targeted Industries, Networking Contacts & SourcingThe Park Group will target candidates from the industries related to the client and the position. In addition to accessing our database of potential candidates, we will take full advantage of the extensive networking relationships we have developed over the years. We will make the necessary contacts with professional organizations and affiliated associations. Tenacious research and sourcing through cold calls and electronic media will be conducted. Our broad and open-minded approach to our searches has been very successful in the past when seeking top quality, forward thinking candidates. CommunicationThroughout the process we continuously dialogue with the appropriate individuals involved in the search. We feel that open and candid communication is critical to the successful completion of the search. Estimated Time FrameAccording to industry standards it should take approximately eight to twelve weeks for the successful completion of a search, barring any issues that the client may have during the search.
